The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all Human Resources activities and subsystems at 5C Company, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. Their mission will be to ensure efficient people management, promote organizational development, strengthen internal culture, and implement HR policies and processes aligned with the company's objectives. • Work Model: Remote (Home Office). • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Hours: Flexible within a full-time workload. • Travel: Occasional national and international travel as needed.

Requirements

Essential Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master's in areas like People Management or Organizational Psychology is desirable. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR leadership roles. • Solid experience across all HR subsystems (Talent Acquisition, DHO, T&D, HRBP, Payroll, Internal Communications, People Analytics). • Advanced knowledge of labor laws. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. • Excellent communication and influence at all organizational levels. • Experience with HR technologies (ATS, talent management systems, people analytics tools). • Advanced English. Technical Skills: • Strategic leadership and people management. • Change management, innovation, and systemic thinking. • HR metrics management and data analysis. • Knowledge of corporate finance is a plus. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, selection, and retention. • Oversee personnel administration, including payroll, benefits, and labor compliance. • Lead talent development projects, succession planning, and leadership programs. • Act as a mediator in labor relations, promoting a fair and balanced work environment. • Diagnose training needs and design development programs. • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture. • Support department leaders with strategic guidance on people management. • Supervise the HR team, promoting their professional development. • Develop internal communication, engagement, and employer branding initiatives. • Monitor people KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, internal NPS, average hiring time, etc.). • Ensure HR policies and practices are updated in line with market trends. • Develop performance management programs. • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

The Team Leader is responsible for leading teams of senior agents (L2) and sales promoters, ensuring high performance, goal achievement, and adherence to company standards. This role acts as a bridge between operations and management, focusing on people development, KPI control, and service excellence. • Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day

Requirements

Essential Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Sales Management, or related fields). • Fluent English. • Previous experience as a team leader in sales or customer service. • Experience with operations involving sensitive content or high-demand sales environments is a plus. • Knowledge of CRM tools, dialers, and digital platforms.
